Pesquera Pacific Star S.A. was created with the purpose of making the salmon farming business sustainable by recollecting and reducing the organic excess generated by the industry.
We cover the South of Chile, from the IX to the XI region with three processing plants located near salmon farming: Panitao Plant in Puerto Montt, Piruquina Plant on Chiloé Island and Chacabuco Plant in Chacabuco Port.
In order to assure the quality of our recollection service, we have a land fleet of 40 trucks and 20 boats for sea transportation. Through our related company, Corcovado SA, we also provide the service of collection and disposal in landfill inorganic solid waste and sludge generated in processing plants and fish farms.
Pacific Star S.A. is the first salmon based fishmeal and salmon oil industry that has the following quality certifications: ISO 14.000 y HACCP. Our state of the art technology in laboratories and processes allow us to give the customers excellent products. |
